Spencer was semi-examining the dump-site, semi- daydreaming.
This place was really quite amazing. It was a normal sized cliff, probably about 20 yards across with what appeared to be a rather old oak-tree off to left. The cliff it's self possessed patches of grass, but he couldn't fathom how the tree was staying rooted.
The view it's self was incredible. It looked over the Missouri River and into a forest on the other side. The tree tops were a mix of deep greens and bright oranges, give or take of couple of reds. All of the fall colors accented with the pale blue of the mid-morning autumn sky.
Truly remarkable.

It was her favorite spot. So secluded, so peaceful. No one knew about the spot except her and Paige.
She didn't want anyone to know. This was their spot, they found, they claimed it. They went to great lengths to make sure no one else found out about it. They'd planted shrubs and thorn bushes so people wouldn't want to look further, they'd posted 'No Trespassing' signs and it worked. The spot was theirs.
But now it wasn't. Someone had found and destroyed it. It was ruined. All of the beauty was torched, the memories of childish wonder stolen, the sense of untouchable security gone. All replaced with murder.

Welcome to my black parade
Disguised by life's pathetic charade
The rain may pour,
but our smiles shall stay,
as we take part
in the black parade.
We march down street
and strut through life
as we avoid being stabbed
by Karma's cruel knife
The children will laugh.
The parents will cry,
as they witness where their lifes
once did lie.
The sun may shine
but shall not warm.
Make up can mask
our lives, so torn.
So enjoy the show,
for next thing you know,
you shall join in
The Black Parade
Prologue
For most teenagers the only thing they need to worry about is tomorrow's outfit or how to get to the party on Friday. Many of them dont realize that life isnt as good for everyone else as it is for them. Hell most dont realize how well they have it.
Unfortunately, 15 year old Kristyn (Kris) Layfield knew just how great other kids had it. Some people have said that it wasnt a possibility that she knew her peers so well. That everything she said was a ploy to get attention, but it wasnt. Everything she told everyone was true, even though I wish some of it wasnt...
"My love," I say to you that,
"no matter what you do,
I will do, too.
I will follow your lead,
fall down and plead,
anything to be with you."
My love, I say to you,
there will never be someone new.
No one can make me feel the way you do.
My heart bursts with excitement,
as I do what you do.
If, my love, you fly away,
I will follow.
We shall rise above the city,
before the break of day.
My love, I say to you,
that no matter what you do,
I will do, too.
Like a ballon,
you lift me up.
Like a weight,
you let me fall.
My dreams you haunted.
Nights went unslept.
I will think of you, my love,
that I swear.
I will thrive to see your face,
to smell your scent in the air.
I will not forget, it's just my luck.
I will dream of you,
until someone else,
can lift me up.
